I ordered the wrong size/colour, what can I do?

If you've made your order within the last 1 hour please contact us urgently. In the subject write your order number and the reason for your email for example write "Order 1202 Size Change." If more than 1 hour has passed you can still email us however we may be limited in what can be done.

How long is shipping?

Shipping is estimated between:

  • 8-14 business days for USA 
  • 8-14 business days for Australia
  • 8-14 business days for the UK
  • 8-14 business days for Europe
  • 13-16 business days for the rest of the world

Please be patient, things happen out of our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the specified times please wait 5 business days and then contact us.

My delivery hasn't arrived!

Don't worry, please wait a few more business days or contact us. We guarantee all purchases, so if yours is lost or unable to be delivered for any reason we will send a new one out free of charge.
